What is a Desiccant Inserter? 

 

A desiccant inserter is an automated machine used to dispense desiccant from a roll into various containers or products.  The inserters can be used on bottling lines, form fill and seal bagging lines and various other automated systems.  The machine utilizes dual feed belts to index the desiccant strip through the machine so it can be oriented and cut.  The cut pouch is then guided via a chute into the container.
